Tribbioli studied philosophy at La Sapienza in Rome. From 2006 to 2009 he worked with the Fondazione Baruchello as an archive manager. His research focuses primarily on design and is expressed in the form of installations and films. His group shows have included: The Registry of Promise 4: the Promise of Literature, Soothsaying and Speaking in Tongues, De Vleeshal, Middelburg, Netherlands (2015); Biennale de l’Image en Mouvement, Centre d’Art Contemporain – Genève, Switzerland; Mastequoia op.09-13. Rotterdam, Tokyo, Fès, with G. Silli & G. Sponzilli as MASTEQUOIA, Viafarini, Milan (2014); Arimortis, Museo del Novecento, Milan (2013); Reperti per il prossimo milione di anni, Federica Schiavo Gallery, Rome, Re-Generation, MACRO, Rome, and Smeared with the Gold of the Opulent Sun, Nomas Foundation, Rome (2012).

A researcher in philosophy, as well as a director and producer of documentaries, Lodoli graduated in Contemporary History and Politics from the University of London and in Critical Philosophy from La Sapienza in Rome and is currently completing a PhD at the EHESS in Paris. He has published Della potenza e le sue determinazioni (Ombre Corte, 2012). Since 2007 he has worked with RAI as a producer and director, making documentaries and reports on a number of themes pertaining to twentieth-century Italian and international politics. His works include: La Trattativa (2008), Berlinguer (2009), Piazza Fontana (2009), L’Ultimo Congresso del PCI (2011), La Repubblica Romana (2011), Liberia West Africa (2011), Federico Umberto D’Amato (2012). Since 2013 he has been responsible for a number of programs on Rai World, such as Un Giorno nella Storia, which explores twentieth-century history, DocDoc, a selection of documentaries produced by Rai Cinema, and Fuori Binario, Italian travel programs.
