A collective composed of Mario Ciaramitaro, Riccardo Giacconi, Giulia Marzin and Daniele Zoico. In 2007 and 2008, Blauer Hase developed Hic sunt leones and Furniture Music, two exhibition projects focusing on the relationship between culture and domestic spaces. In 2009, during their residency at the Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa workshops in Venice, they developed the Rodeo project, a series of exhibition events playing with rules and set limits. Since 2010 they have edited the Paesaggio series of publications, in which each issue—totally devoid of images—is composed of texts by artists. Since 2012 they have organized the annual Helicotrema festival in partnership with Giulia Morucchio, based on collective listening to audio works—sound research, radio plays, audio documentaries—presented in Venice at the Serra dei Giardini (2012), in Rome at the MACRO and at the Auditorium Parco della Musica (2013), in Milan at Viafarini and Careof (2013), and at the Osservatorio Astronomico di Arcetri, Forte Marghera and Punta della Dogana in Venice (2015).
